"Hunger can be a positive motivator."  Missouri State Representative Cynthia Davis apparently opposes subsidizing school lunches for low income kids during the summer. 

What a wackadoo considering 1 in 5 Missouri kids is living in hunger. I just don't understand when politicians make such ridiculous comments. And they wonder why don't have any faith in their ability to get things done. 

I look forward to the  response/explanation of the meaning of this comment that will inevitably happen after this clip goes viral.
