I am not a Star Trek fanatic but the recent Star Trek movie has invigorated my interest in the franchise.
I have always wanted to go to a Star Trek convention just to see for myself if it as wacky as the Trek documentaries and movies portray the fans.
If I can get someone to go with me, I think I will attempt to get out for the Friday events.
