Its a streak - day 2


Went to the gym and did cardio for 40 minutes. 
Grade B+  as I should have done strength training as well. 

23 points total - Grade A 

Water - 3 glasses  Grade C 

Breakfast
mini bagel with 1 tsp butter  3 pts
1/2 cup 1% milk  1 pts

Lunch 
4 oz chicken 4 pts
lettuce/tomato/dressing  2 pts
1/2 cup pasta   4 pts

Dinner 
2 soy nuggets  4 pts
1 cup of pasta   4 pts
1 cup broccoli  0 pts
1 tbl parm cheese  1 pt
